Inilah yang dialami oleh Daniel Throop, pemuda yang sangat mencintai anak-anak termasuk bayi.
Sayangnya, banyak orangtua yang tidak mengizinkan anaknya digendong oleh pemuda berusia 20 tahun itu karena ia mengidap Down Syndrome.
Melihat hal itu, saudara Daniel, Kevin seringkali merasa sedih. Beruntung ia dan istrinya dikaruniai seorang bayi bernama Maysen. Kevin pun langsung memberi kesempatan untuk Daniel menggendong bayinya yang baru berusia tiga bulan.
Saat itu, ekspresi Daniel begitu gembira sehingga membuat Kevin tersentuh. Ia pun mengunggah foto-foto yang menunjukkan ungkapan rasa sayang Daniel terhadap bayi tersebut ke media sosial.
Dalam caption foto Kevin menulis, “Jarang orang membiarkan Daniel menggendong anaknya. Saya ingin mengubah kondisi itu ketika memiliki anak sendiri.
Saya dan istri membiarkan Daniel untuk menggendong anak kami. Ia pun memeluk Maysen dengan penuh cinta dan tanpa gerakan selama lima menit. Melihat hal itu saya hampir menangis.”
Melalui foto dan caption, Kevin ingin menunjukkan kepada 133.000 orang pengikutnya bahwa kondisi genetis Daniel tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuannya untuk menghibur anak kecil. “Saudaraku adalah downsie (istilah untuk orang Down Syndrome) yang berfungsi rendah. Dulu ia suka menggendong bayi tapi jarang seseorang yang membiarkannya,” tambah Kevin
“Saya harap masyarakat mengetahui bahwa orang-orang dengan Down Syndrome memberikan jenis cinta yang paling murni. Semua anak itu ingin ditahan dan ditahan.
Hal yang sangat sederhana. Ketika dia masih muda, saya pikir lebih mudah bagi orang untuk menunjukkan kasih sayang kepadanya.
Tapi sekarang setelah dia lebih tua, dia adalah anak yang terjebak dalam tubuh pria dan saya pikir ini mengubah persepsi orang,” lanjut Kevin.
Dia berharap foto itu dapat membantu masyarakat tidak lagi berprasangka terhadap orang-orang dengan Down Syndrome.

- What price was 1min, 5mins, 15mins, 1hr (you get the idea) ago
All indicators are doing is showing you this information in a different format.
Now, for all the indicator fans out there, you’ll be pleased to know it’s not all hogwash. Indicators are designed to show previous patterns in the market that might not be easy to see with the naked eye. And the theory goes, if you can identify a pattern from the past, then you’ll be able to predict the future. But that’s a debate for another day.
